Waste No Day has a podcast!

Brian Burton

Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Brian started in the home services industry as many do…family recruitment. Having family in the business gave Brian early access to learning the mechanical wrench turning as well as exposure to the vast difference of experience in the service industry.

Eventually moving to Las Vegas, Brian continued his plumbing career but began to expand his communication training. Transitioning into commissioned sales, he learned the value of conversation and mastered the art of the happy customer.

Now serving as Vice President of Sales for the One Hour Heating and Cooling, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electric in Lancaster, PA, he uses his years of experience to train the next generation. Never forgetting his teenage years as an apprentice, Brian challenges the next generation to expect and accomplish more, and as a result, have a more satisfying career.

Nate Minnich

A native of Lancaster, PA, Nate entered the home services industry from an unconventional direction. Graduating with a degree in architectural design, he worked for several years in designing home layout. Stifled by the housing crisis of the late 2000’s he transitioned into the home services industry as a marketer.

Learning through the school of experience, Nate gained perspective on the customer experience and desires of the home services industry. Years of exploring marketing messages and media left him with a deep understanding of the impact of professionals or lack thereof in the home.

Now serving as the Vice President of Internal Operations for the One Hour Heating and Air, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electric in Lancaster, PA, he continues to integrate the professionalism required to be in the home services industry into the practical application of training.
